Marriage licenses were recorded in Richland County between Sept. 14 and Sept. 18. Corey Joseph Kennedy, a 30-year-old engineer from Cupertino, CA, married Rachel Lyn Henderson, a 29-year-old engineer also from Cupertino. The other licenses issued were to a Mansfield dog breeder and a teacher, and a UPS employee and an MRI technologist from Mansfield.
