A wild kookaburra unexpectedly joined a wedding in Queensland, Australia, last week. The bird landed on the festoon lighting and stayed for the duration of the wedding, watching over the couple and their guests. The couple, Bree and Eric, were delighted by the kookaburra’s presence and saw it as a special message from their late relatives, who they missed on their special day. The kookaburra remained silent throughout the event and flew away as everyone began to leave.
