Construction is underway at a building on Hodge Street in Tilton, where a wedding venue and event center is being developed. The site, previously a sports academy, will be transformed into T3 Estate Wedding and Events. Owner Kylee Bott, of Royal, aims for a spring 2027 opening, possibly by late March or early April. The building’s name, T3, refers to “the top third athlete; you’re striving to be the best.”
