A Boston developer, Core Investments, plans to redevelop the former Lombardo’s and Latana event spaces in Randolph. The proposed project includes a 171K SF, 200-room hotel and a 65K SF events building with a 400-seat dinner theater, connected by a pedestrian bridge. The site will also feature 540 parking spaces and a public trail connecting to the Blue Hills Reservation. The project requires approval from multiple state agencies and the city before moving forward.
